About Us
Better water, honest guidance
Water Ionizers Direct is an independent, Oregon-based retailer of alkaline and hydrogen water ionizers for homes and businesses. We started in 2026 with one simple goal: make it easier to choose a high-quality water ionizer without the hype.
Why we started
For years, I've been into biohacking: looking for simple daily habits that help me keep my energy up and feel my best. Hydration was one of the easiest places to start, and that curiosity led me to ionized and hydrogen water. The more I dug in, the more I realized how hard it was to get straight answers.
Shopping for a water ionizer can feel overwhelming. The machines are a significant investment, the specs are confusing, and many sellers lean on big health promises that the research doesn't support. I wanted to offer something different: a curated selection, clear explanations, and honest answers.
What we offer
- A focused, curated catalog. Countertop, under-sink, and commercial ionizers, chosen for build quality, filtration, and long-term value, not a wall of look-alike listings.
- Education you can trust. Our Research & Studies, Buying Guide, and FAQ pages explain how ionizers work and what the science does and doesn't say, with links to the sources.
- Help matching a machine to your water. Your source water, household size, and space all matter. We'll help you compare options before you buy.
- Real people to talk to. Reach us by phone or email with questions before and after your purchase.
Our promise
- We won't tell you a water ionizer will cure or treat anything. It won't, and you deserve honesty.
- We'll give you clear information on pricing, shipping, returns, and warranty before you order.
- We'll recommend the right machine for your needs, even if that's a smaller one.
